Job Summary:
We are seeking an HR Executive who will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting recruitment efforts, maintaining employee records, and contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture. You’ll play a key role in helping Kerplunk grow by attracting and retaining top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
- Maintain and update HR records and employee files
- Support performance appraisal and employee engagement processes
- Draft HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Organize internal events, team-building activities, and wellness programs
- Assist with payroll coordination and employee benefits administration
- Address employee grievances professionally and confidentially
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced or creative industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
