Roles & Responsibilities :
Design Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), industrial automation equipment, conveyors, and material handling systems using SolidWorks.
Create 3D models, assemblies, and detailed manufacturing drawings.
Prepare manufacturing drawings with dimensions, tolerances, GD&T, weld details, and surface finish requirements.
Design mechanical systems including pneumatic, servo-driven, linear motion, conveyor, and material handling mechanisms.
Select suitable mechanical components such as bearings, linear guides, ball screws, gearboxes, timing belts, pneumatic cylinders, and sensors.
Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) and maintain design documentation.
Coordinate with Electrical Design, PLC, Production, Purchase, and Quality teams for smooth project execution.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
