About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead our projects end-to-end. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative design, technical development, and our clients. You will own the entire project lifecycle—from initial scoping and timeline creation to final delivery—ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Project Management: Own the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of design and development projects. Define project scope, resource requirements, budgets, and milestones.
- Client Management & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Manage client expectations, deliver regular progress updates, address feedback constructively, and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate seamlessly between creative designers, developers, and QA teams. Break down project requirements into actionable tasks and maintain alignment across all departments.
- Timeline & Risk Management: Create detailed project roadmaps and Gantt charts. Proactively identify potential bottlenecks, scope creep, or technical risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep deadlines on track.
- Quality Assurance & Delivery: Ensure that the final design and development deliverables align perfectly with client objectives and company standards before deployment.
- Agile/Scrum Facilitation: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and project retrospectives to maintain momentum and team efficiency.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager specifically managing both design and development/technical projects.
- Client Handling: Strong track record of managing corporate clients, handling feedback loops, and presenting complex concepts clearly.
- Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management frameworks.
- Tools: Expert proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or MS Project.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to stay calm under tight deadlines and pressure.
- Bonus: PMP or Scrum Master (CSM) certification is a strong plus.
Pay: ₹876,058.31 - ₹1,250,850.50 per year
