Manage, maintain, and take complete accountability for the GNLA/RESQ Azure cloud estate.
Execute day-to-day operational activities including resource scaling, scheduling, and platform monitoring.
Drive the end-to-end resource lifecycle, frequently provisioning new infrastructure and decommissioning legacy resources safely.
Act as the primary infrastructure point-of-contact in daily syncs with the application development team, managing and delegating ad-hoc technical requests.
Oversee cloud security posture: manage user profiles, enforce RBAC, execute security assignments, and conduct regular compliance reviews.
Perform on-demand cloud cost management, FinOps tracking, and budget reporting.
Track, analyze, benchmark, and report on system performance metrics upon request.
