Experience
5-8 years of Experience in PEB Industry
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately fill project information in the Project Information System (PIS) and Job Acceptance Form, ensuring no errors.
- Ensure all required data is entered in PIS before proceeding to other departments.
- Prepare precise and data-driven techno-commercial offers.
- Regularly update CRM and communicate changes to relevant departments promptly.
- Actively seek out leads and business development opportunities, maximizing conversion rates.
- Maintain client and lead data banks, tracking progress until closure.
- Oversee after-sales service data, ensuring prompt follow-up.
- Visit clients' locations and coordinate with involved stakeholders (Admin, Production, Engineering, etc.).
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to client queries and internal issues (e.g., Letter of Credit).
- Obtain client-approved drawings and communicate them to all relevant teams.
- Submit "Lost Job Report" as needed for respective clients.
- Monitor and complete collection procedures, notifying stakeholders as required.
