We are Looking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support key HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in talent acquisition, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring a seamless hiring and onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and internal databases.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports using ATS.
- Support onboarding, employee documentation, and joining formalities.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and other HR activities as required.
Required Skills :-
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
