Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Photoshop Manager to lead, train, and manage a large creative production team while handling international clients. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop, strong in people management, quality control, and capable of communicating professionally with global clients via email and calls to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a large team of Photoshop artists (Graphic Designer).
- Train, mentor, and upskill artists on advanced Photoshop techniques and workflows.
- Ensure high-quality output, consistency, and timely delivery of projects.
- Handle 10+ international clients and understand their requirements clearly.
- Communicate with clients via email, video calls, and phone calls professionally.
- Allocate work, monitor performance, and meet daily/weekly targets.
- Maintain project schedules, turnaround time (TAT), and quality standards.
- Review and approve final outputs before client delivery.
- Create SOPs and workflows for better productivity.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution.
- Resolve team and client issues efficiently.
- Stay updated with latest Photoshop tools, AI features, and trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Proven experience in managing large creative teams (50+ members).
- Strong training and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience working with international clients.
- Strong project management and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of production workflows and quality control.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Design, Multimedia, or related field.
- Experience in image editing, retouching, compositing, eCommerce, and creative production.
- Familiarity with AI tools integrated with Photoshop is a plus.
