- Client relationships & account management : Be the primary point of contact for corporate clients - from the first enquiry through to delivery. Build genuine long-term partnerships by understanding each client's culture and gifting needs.
- Creative proposals & presentations: Design visually polished proposals, lookbooks, and pitch decks for clients using Canva or similar tools. Bring aesthetic sensibility and market awareness to every presentation.
- Trend research & product ideation: Stay on top of gifting trends, consumer behaviour, and seasonal opportunities. Proactively suggest new product ideas, themes, or curated collections that keep our offerings fresh and competitive.
- Project & operations management: Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and delivery partners to ensure every order is accurate, on brand, and delivered on time. Own timelines and communicate proactively when things shift.
- Account growth & upselling: Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts - whether through seasonal campaigns, new product categories, or personalised gifting programmes. Think commercially, not just operationally.
- Client feedback & service improvement: Gather client feedback after every project and translate it into actionable improvements for our team. Champion the client's voice internally
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
