Job Summary
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, scheduling meetings for the sales team, and supporting business growth initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn consultative selling and build a successful career in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other prospecting methods.
- Contact prospective clients to introduce the company's products and services.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Update lead and customer information in the CRM system.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support business development activities.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and meeting targets.
- Prepare basic reports on sales activities and client interactions.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence in cold calling and client interaction.
- Basic understanding of business development and sales processes.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA, BBA, or any Graduate with an interest in Sales and Business Development.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, Lead Generation, or IT Sales are preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are an advantage).
