Role Overview
The role focuses on planning, shooting, and editing videos for social media, campaigns, and brand communications, ensuring high-quality visual output aligned with client goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot videos for reels, short-form content, campaigns, and brand shoots
- Edit videos with strong storytelling, pacing, and visual flow
- Handle camera setup, framing, lighting basics, and audio capture
- Create platform-ready videos for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and ads
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams during shoots and edits
- Maintain consistency in video quality and brand tone
- Manage multiple video projects and meet deadlines
- Stay updated with video trends, formats, and editing techniques
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / Final Cut Pro
- Hands-on experience in video shooting (camera operation, angles, lighting basics)
- Strong understanding of short-form and long-form video formats
- Knowledge of color correction, sound syncing, and transitions
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Basic motion graphics or text animations
- Experience with reels, YouTube Shorts, and ad videos
- Agency or brand-side experience
