Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with assigned branches, sales teams, factory planning, purchase, warehouse and logistics.
- Conduct kick-off meetings for new project orders and verify specifications, drawings, delivery schedules and site requirements.
- Coordinate and agree delivery schedules with factory planning teams.
- Monitor orders throughout the lifecycle and identify potential delays proactively.
- Communicate revised delivery dates and reasons for delays to branches.
- Conduct weekly order review meetings with assigned branches.
- Manage priority-change requests and assess their feasibility with factory teams.
- Coordinate specification changes, phasing changes and order revisions.
- Resolve day-to-day supply and delivery issues with internal teams.
- Escalate unresolved constraints with facts and a proposed solution.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for dispatch readiness.
- Track and close post-dispatch issues such as short supply, damage or site-related requirements.
- Ensure accurate and updated order status, delivery dates and records in the ERP/order tracking system.
- Maintain proper records of delivery-date revisions and reasons for delays.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

- What is your current CTC, expected CTC, notice period, and are you comfortable with periodic travel to manufacturing units/branches?
