About the Role
We are looking for a creative and energetic Video Editor Intern who can turn trading education, podcasts, webinars, and social-media content into engaging short-form and long-form videos.
You will work closely with the content and marketing team and get hands-on exposure to YouTube, Instagram Reels, Shorts, podcasts, and FinTech content.
What You'll Do
- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts & YouTube videos
- Edit podcast clips and highlight moments
- Create engaging hooks, captions, subtitles and transitions
- Add B-roll, motion graphics, sound effects and music where appropriate
- Repurpose long-form videos into multiple short-form pieces
- Maintain consistent brand style across videos
- Work with the content team on new creative ideas
- Deliver videos within agreed timelines
What We're Looking For
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut / After Effects
- Good understanding of short-form content
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling and visual composition
- Ability to identify interesting moments from long videos
- Willingness to learn and experiment
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Bonus Skills
- Motion graphics
- After Effects
- Thumbnail design
- Basic color grading
- Sound design
- Knowledge of YouTube/Instagram content trends

Stipend
₹5,000 – ₹10,000/month, depending on skill level and performance.
