Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic content creator intern who is passionate about reels and short-form video content.
This internship is ideal for individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in content creation, understand social media strategies, and work in a real agency environment. The selected candidate will assist in ideation, scripting, and execution of content across multiple domains such as business, finance, education, lifestyle, and trending topics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Reels & Video Content Support
- Assist in creating reels and short-form videos for different clients
- Support the team during video shoots, including setup and coordination
- Execute content based on pre-planned ideas and briefs
2. Content Ideation & Research
- Research trending topics, formats, and viral content
- Suggest content ideas, hooks, and basic storytelling formats
- Assist in writing short scripts and captions
3. Trend Monitoring
- Stay updated with trends on platforms like Instagram and YouTube Shorts
- Identify trending audios, formats, and concepts relevant to client content
4. Shoot Assistance & Learning
- Assist in planning and executing shoots using mobile or basic equipment
- Learn and apply basic video-shooting techniques such as framing, lighting, and angles
5. Team Coordination
- Work closely with content creators and video editors
- Help organise raw footage, references, and content files
- Ensure smooth coordination during content execution
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic understanding of reels and short-form video content
- Strong interest in social media trends and content creation
- Creative mindset with willingness to learn and experiment
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of smartphone video shooting is an advantage (not mandatory)
