Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Franchise Manager to oversee franchise operations, business expansion, and franchise partner relationships in the FMCG and Food industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new franchise opportunities, ensuring smooth operational standards, driving sales growth, and maintaining brand consistency across franchise outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new franchise opportunities and expand the franchise network.
- Manage relationships with existing franchise partners and provide business support.
- Ensure franchise outlets follow company policies, SOPs, and brand guidelines.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and franchise audits.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, supply chain, and training teams for smooth business functioning.
- Assist franchisees in store setup, staff hiring, training, and launch activities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, franchise performance reports, and business forecasts.
- Ensure proper inventory management and product availability at franchise locations.
- Support promotional campaigns and local marketing activities.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- MBA preferred
Experience
- 2–7 years of experience in franchise management, FMCG sales, food retail, or business development
- Experience in handling multiple franchise outlets is preferred
