Manage a team of 6 supervisors and 50+ HK staff, 10+ garden staff
To ensure Housekeeping schedule, deployment and checklist is in place
Report to client and FM on the daily.weekly, monthly status
Ensure machine cleaning deployment is done as planned.
Knowledge on various HK machineries, tools
Train the Supervisors on HK operations
Identification, on time closure and reporting of snags
Close HK compliants received from residents
Handle escalations related to HK compliants
