We are urgently looking for a Site Supervisor with proven experience in interior design and execution. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, technically sound, and capable of handling site responsibilities independently.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily interior site activities
- Coordinate with design, factory, and project teams to ensure smooth execution
- Monitor workmanship, material delivery, and contractor work
- Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols are met
- Conduct regular site updates, reports, and progress documentation
- Handle client interactions and site-level problem-solving
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a site supervisor in the interior design/fit-out industry
- Strong knowledge of materials, installation procedures, and site coordination
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings (working & layout plans)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel between project sites if required
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
