- Provide excellent customer service to clients across different time zones
- Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills

Eligibility:-
-Graduate/Undergraduate degree
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply (no prior experience required)
- Candidates with 0-12 months of international voice process experience are also welcome to Apply
Selection Process:-
-HR Interview
- VNA (Voice and Accent) Assessment
- Ops Interview
Compensation:-
-Freshers - 2.9 LPA
- Experienced - Up to 5.5 LPA
- Chat (exp) - Up to 3.65 LPA
Shift Requirements:-
-Candidates should be comfortable working rotational shifts 24*7
