KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and develop new accounts across segments: warehouses, industrial buildings, commercial construction, and roofing projects
- Promote and position Owens Corning fibre glass insulation glass wool and shingles
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, PMCs, contractors, and key decision-makers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Conduct product presentations, site visits, and technical demonstrations
- Track competitor activity, pricing, and market positioning in the insulation and roofing segment
- Coordinate with internal teams on order fulfillment and after-sales support
- Generate MIS reports and maintain sales records
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-6 years of experience in business development or sales in insulation, roofing, or building materials distribution
- Prior exposure to glass wool, fibre glass insulation, or roofing products strongly preferred
- Existing network with architects, builders, contractors, or industrial project teams in Bangalore is a strong advantage
- Graduate in any discipline; Engineering or MBA preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
