Job Overview
EIG Overseas is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Operations Executive to support our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in HR, administration, or operations and possess strong organizational and communication skills. The role involves managing day-to-day HR activities, employee coordination, and operational support to ensure smooth business functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Handle employee onboarding and documentation processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR-related documents.
- Assist in attendance, leave management, and HR administration.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operational activities.
- Support management in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Handle general office administration and operational tasks.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned administrative and operational responsibilities.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, Administration, or Operations.
- MBA in HR is preferred; graduates with relevant HR experience may also apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
