Job Title: Head of Business Development – Education Sector
Location: Edappal, Kerala
Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years in the education sector (mandatory)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Business Development to lead growth initiatives in the education sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational services, student acquisition strategies, partnerships, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive student enrollment and institutional growth
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams within the education sector
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, training institutes, and other stakeholders
- Lead marketing and outreach initiatives including seminars, campaigns, and institutional tie-ups
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine business strategies
- Manage and mentor the business development team
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and enrollment targets
- Prepare regular reports on performance metrics and growth progress
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience in business development within the education sector (mandatory)
- Strong network within schools, colleges, or training institutes is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to lead teams and work independently
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
