About the Role:
Saraswati Group of Colleges is inviting applications for the position of AHA Certified Nursing Trainer.
The role requires a qualified, experienced, and passionate healthcare professional who can deliver high-quality nursing education and practical training in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) standards.
The selected candidate will be responsible for training students in clinical skills, emergency response procedures, and healthcare best practices while ensuring academic excellence and professional competency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing training sessions as per AHA standards and curriculum
- Conduct practical demonstrations and hands-on clinical training
- Train students in BLS, CPR, first aid, and emergency response protocols
- Assess student performance through practical and theoretical evaluations
- Maintain training records, attendance, and certification documentation
- Ensure compliance with institutional and AHA training standards
- Support academic activities, workshops, and healthcare skill development programs
- Guide students in professional and clinical skill enhancement

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Nursing or relevant healthcare discipline
- Valid AHA Certification (mandatory)
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching/training or clinical experience
- Prior experience in educational institutions/training centers will be preferred
