Job Title: Email Support Executive (Non-Voice) – International UK/US Process
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 12th Pass
- Minimum 6 Months of International UK/US Process Experience (Mandatory)
- Excellent Written and Verbal English Communication Skills
- C1 Level English Proficiency
- Strong Grammar, Writing, and Email Drafting Skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via email professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate resolutions while maintaining quality standards
- Ensure timely responses and customer satisfaction
- Follow process guidelines and company policies
Requirements:
- Strong typing and computer skills
- Customer-focused approach
- Immediate joiners preferred
Note: Only candidates with a minimum of 6 months of International UK/US Process experience are eligible to apply.
Pay: ₹29,454.61 - ₹32,872.24 per month
