Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented CADD Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing the right CADD and Engineering Design courses. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counselling skills, with the ability to convert enquiries into admissions while providing exceptional student support.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding CADD courses such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil CAD, Mechanical CAD, Electrical CAD, Interior Design, and BIM programs.
- Understand students' educational background and career goals to recommend suitable courses.
- Convert walk-ins, website enquiries, calls, and online leads into admissions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Explain course curriculum, certification, fees, batch schedules, and placement assistance.
- Coordinate with trainers and the academic team for smooth student onboarding.
- Maintain accurate student records and update CRM/software regularly.
- Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to business growth.
- Handle admission documentation and fee collection coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong counselling, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of CADD courses and engineering software is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Diploma or Engineering background will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 2 year of experience in Education Counselling, Academic Sales, or Admissions.
- Experience in a CADD training institute or EdTech organization is preferred.
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
