- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to optimize team performance and product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
- Experience with component-based architecture and state management techniques.
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles and responsive design.
- Ability to integrate RESTful APIs and work with asynchronous data flows.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Knowledge of debugging, testing, and performance optimization in web applications.
