We're seeking a reliable and technically inclined Audio Visual & Conference System Operator Site to assist with the setup, operation, and teardown of AV equipment for meetings, events, and conferences at various client sites. This role involves hands-on support, ensuring smooth technical execution and excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain the fully digital audio conference system.
- Monitor and operate DIS digital audio systems, Sony VISCA protocol cameras, and associated AV equipment.
- Operate and manage the conference hall audio, video, and control systems during meetings, seminars, and court proceedings.
- Ensure proper functioning of DIS software and other control applications.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of audio-visual equipment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to microphones, speakers, cameras, displays, and control systems.
- Coordinate with technical teams for repairs and replacement of faulty equipment.
- Monitor system performance and maintain service records and maintenance logs.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of all installed AV systems during official events and conferences.
- Follow all safety, operational, and site-specific procedures.
