Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development professional to drive revenue growth, acquire new clients, and expand business opportunities within the Shipping, Logistics, and Freight Forwarding industry. This is a highly client-facing role involving extensive travel (90%) and stakeholder engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Achieve revenue targets through consultative and value-based selling.
- Generate leads, build sales pipelines, and convert prospects into customers.
- Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business engagement.
Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Gather customer feedback and recommend business and product enhancements.
- Support strategic initiatives for market expansion and revenue growth.
Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business performance dashboards.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to support decision-making.

Candidate Profile
- 6–8 years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Account Management.

- Willingness to travel extensively (90% travel).
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
