Job Responsibilities:
- Arrange and hire vehicles as per company requirements.
- Hire vehicles from the local market.
- Coordinate with transport vendors and drivers.
- Maintain vehicle hiring records and related documents.
- Monitor vehicle availability and timely deployment.
- Negotiate vehicle rates and contracts with vendors.
- Ensure proper maintenance and compliance of hired vehicles.
- Handle transportation-related issues and provide quick resolutions.
- Prepare daily and monthly transport reports.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Ability to manage vendors and transport operations.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Local candidates preferred (Howrah / Hooghly).
Qualification:
Graduate / Higher Secondary (as per company requirement)
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in transport, logistics, or vehicle hiring operations preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
