Job Summary
Nedisha Group is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and mature Team Leader to lead and manage the Sales and Telecalling Team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
The candidate will be responsible for motivating team members, monitoring daily activities, training new employees, ensuring discipline, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Management & Leadership
- Lead, supervise, and manage the Sales and Telecalling Team.
- Motivate team members to achieve individual and departmental targets.
- Create a positive, performance-driven work environment.
- Conduct daily team meetings and performance reviews.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and productivity of team members.
Sales Performance & Target Achievement
- Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are achieved.
- Track team performance through daily reports and MIS.
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve conversions.
- Support the team in handling key customers and critical sales opportunities.
- Drive lead generation, follow-ups, and customer engagement activities.
Reporting & Monitoring
- Prepare and submit Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Performance Reports to management.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, follow-ups, and sales closures.
- Monitor calling activities and customer interactions.
- Provide performance feedback and improvement plans to team members.
Training & Development
- Conduct induction and product training for new joiners.
- Train team members on sales techniques, communication skills, and customer handling.
- Identify skill gaps and organize regular coaching sessions.
- Ensure continuous learning and professional development within the team.
Customer & Business Development
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Support the sales team in negotiations and business development activities.
- Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, customer visits, and business events.
- Travel across India whenever required for business meetings, customer interactions, and team support.
Required Skills

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
