The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and guiding the team to achieve business goals while driving sales performance within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Handhold and support team members in achieving their sales targets.
Provide training, guidance, and continuous development support to the team.
Accompany and assist team members in the field during the initial stages whenever required.
Work closely with the team through a combination of office-based and field activities.
Drive and monitor sales performance to ensure achievement of assigned business targets.
