Job Description
Divyaveda Pharmacy is looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller to promote our Ayurvedic products, handle customer inquiries, generate leads, and support sales for B2B, third-party manufacturing, and direct customer orders. The role involves explaining Ayurvedic products clearly, building trust with clients, and converting inquiries into successful orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to distributors, doctors, retailers, and customers
- Handle inbound calls related to Ayurvedic products and manufacturing services
- Explain product benefits, pricing, MOQ, and company credentials confidently
- Generate and follow up on B2B & third-party manufacturing leads
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders and meetings
- Maintain daily call records, follow-up status, and client feedback
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch team for order processing
- Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is an advantage)
- Basic understanding of Ayurvedic products (training will be provided)
- Convincing, polite, and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work with sales targets and follow-ups
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, calling software)

- Prior experience in Ayurveda / Pharma / FMCG telecalling preferred
