About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Salesforce platform development, system integrations, and solution design. This role requires excellent technical leadership, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills to deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions that support business objectives.
As a Lead Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce-based applications while mentoring team members and driving best practices across the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Development & Customization
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Triggers, SOQL, and Visualforce where applicable.
- Build and enhance applications on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms.
- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce applications aligned with business requirements.
- Implement reusable and maintainable code following Salesforce development best practices.
Solution Design & Integration
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and middleware technologies.
- Apply enterprise-level integration patterns and architecture principles.
- Evaluate technical requirements and translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability across platforms.
Technical Leadership
- Lead design discussions and provide technical direction to development teams.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards, quality, and governance.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on Salesforce development best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across development processes and frameworks.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with business analysts, product owners, architects, and stakeholders to define and refine requirements.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Deliver solution demonstrations, presentations, and knowledge-sharing sessions to global stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Quality Assurance & Support
- Develop comprehensive unit tests and ensure high code coverage.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application and integration issues.
- Support deployments, production releases, and post-implementation activities.
- Ensure compliance with security, performance, and scalability standards.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
- 6–10 years of overall IT experience with minimum 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development.

- Experience with DevOps and Salesforce CI/CD practices.
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
