Job Summary
ICA Edu Skills Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a knowledgeable and passionate CA Faculty to deliver high-quality training in Accounting, Taxation, Financial Management, and related commerce subjects. The candidate will be responsible for conducting engaging classroom sessions, simplifying complex concepts, and preparing students for professional and industry-oriented careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for CA, Commerce, and Accounting-related subjects.
- Deliver training on Accounting Principles, Taxation, GST, Financial Management, Costing, Auditing, and related concepts.
- Provide practical exposure through case studies, problem-solving sessions, and real-world examples.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, tests, and assessments.
- Monitor student performance and provide academic guidance and mentoring.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and support students in exam preparation.
- Maintain attendance records, academic reports, and student performance data.
- Stay updated with changes in taxation laws, accounting standards, and industry practices.
- Support placement and career-readiness activities for students.

Educational Qualification
- CA Inter / CA Final / Qualified CA preferred
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
- Additional certifications in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance will be an added advantage
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in teaching or training Commerce, Accounting, Taxation, or CA-related subjects
- Experience in educational institutes, skill development organizations, coaching centers, or colleges preferred
