Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage customer relationships and drive gold loan business. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing new customers, servicing existing customers, achieving business targets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers for Gold Loan products through branch walk-ins, referrals, field visits, and marketing activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer retention.
- Explain Gold Loan products, interest rates, repayment options, and eligibility criteria to customers.
- Coordinate with the appraisal team for accurate valuation of pledged gold ornaments.
- Ensure proper documentation, KYC verification, and compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Process Gold Loan applications and ensure timely loan disbursement.
- Follow up with customers for interest payments, renewals, top-ups, and loan closures.
- Generate leads for cross-selling products such as insurance, personal loans, savings accounts, or other financial products, where applicable.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Monitor overdue accounts and coordinate with collections teams for timely recovery.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Ensure branch hygiene, audit readiness, and adherence to operational standards.
- Achieve monthly business, disbursement, and customer acquisition targets.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
