UE Technologies Pvt. Ltd. में Fitter का काम मुख्य रूप से मशीनों की mechanical assembly, fitting और installation से जुड़ा है। कंपनी coil winding machines बनाती है, तो fitter का काम ये है:
- मशीन के mechanical parts की fitting और assembly करना।
- Shaft, bearing, pulley, gear, coupling आदि parts को सही तरीके से लगाना।
- Machine alignment और leveling करना।
- Drawing के अनुसार machine components को assemble करना।
- Drilling, cutting, grinding, filing जैसे basic fitting काम करना।
- मशीन की assembly के दौरान measurement और dimensions check करना।
- मशीन की installation और commissioning में service/engineering team की मदद करना।
- मशीन में mechanical problem आने पर troubleshooting और repair में सहायता करना।
- आवश्यकता होने पर customer site पर जाकर machine installation/service करना।
- Tools और safety procedures का सही इस्तेमाल करना।
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
