Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Executive with a proven track record in corporate sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound sales activities.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Conduct market research and identify potential customers.
- Schedule and attend client meetings to present services and solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals while maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer databases.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, Telemarketing, Telecalling, Pre-Sales, or Marketing.
- Candidates from EdTech, Recruitment/Staffing, Marketing Agencies, IT Services, SaaS, Training, Financial Services, or related industries are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
