- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to define project goals, aesthetic preferences, functional needs, and budgets.
- Space Planning & Design: Develop layout plans, 2D/3D visualizations, and mood boards using design software (like AutoCAD or SketchUp).
- Sourcing & Budgeting: Estimate project costs; research and select materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
- Project Management: Hire and supervise contractors (plumbers, painters, carpenters), procure goods, and manage vendor invoices.
- Compliance & Oversight: Ensure designs adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards. Inspect sites to guarantee construction matches design plans.
