Dream Sketch Interiors is a growing interior design company in Coimbatore specializing in residential and commercial interior projects. We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Site Supervisor to manage on-site execution, coordinate with teams, and ensure projects are completed with quality and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day interior site activities.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other vendors.
- Monitor work quality and ensure projects meet company standards.
- Ensure work is completed within the project timeline.
- Prepare daily work progress reports.
- Measure site dimensions and verify execution according to drawings.
- Coordinate material deliveries and maintain site inventory.
- Follow safety standards and maintain site discipline.
- Communicate effectively with clients, designers, and the project team.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in interior site supervision.
- Knowledge of interior finishing works and materials.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and interior layouts.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel within Coimbatore and nearby project sites.
- Valid two-wheeler and driving license preferred.
