About the Role
We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Executive with 1–2 years of experience who is passionate about content creation and social media marketing. The ideal candidate should be comfortable being the face of our brand, creating engaging reels, and managing our social media presence across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content for social media platforms.
- Be the face of the brand by confidently appearing in reels and promotional videos.
- Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality reels and short-form videos.
- Create trend-based content to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Manage and maintain social media accounts, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Write creative captions, schedule posts, and ensure consistent brand communication.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and platform updates.
- Track content performance and optimize strategies based on insights and analytics.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Content Creation.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and representing the brand.
- Hands-on experience in reel creation, video shooting, editing, and posting.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, InShot, or similar software.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Excellent communication and creative storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple social media platforms and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of social media analytics and content performance.
- Creative mindset with a passion for creating viral and engaging content.
