Executive Assistant (EA)Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior management with administrative, communication, and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments for executives
- Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information
- Assist with office administration and daily operations
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are met
- Assist in content creation for social media, presentations, and business communication
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Good time-management and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
