Job description : UI/UX designer
Responsibilities
- Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design choices.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and mockups for presentation and internal review.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
- Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 Year of proven UI/UX design experience.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Wireframing & Prototyping, user flows, and visually appealing interfaces.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Eligibility:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum CGPA: 4.5–5.5.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX Designer.
Pay: ₹450,000.85 - ₹600,000.51 per month
