Transport Executive
Integrated Facilities Management
What this job involves:
Ensure all trip sheets are submitted to security by drivers within 12hrs from the trip completion time
Tally the submitted trip sheets against the number of trips done for any difference
Data entry into the MIS system as per the prescribed format (based on the system availability)
Maintain vehicle Wise daily trip sheet data and cross verifying the same with TPT billing MIS data which is shared with you on a timely manner.
Maintain and manage all records using defined process
Cab attendance data to be captured
Cab compliance checks and closure of the self-observations and observations shared by TPT team
Submission of renewed vehicles documents on time
Submission of all invoices (Cab costing, GPS, BGC etc.)
Performance objectives
MIS accuracy
On time closure of escalations
On time invoice submission
On time NDC submission

Work experience as Transport executive or fleet management or similar role
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Outstanding organizational and team, vendor and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Employee specification
Graduate with 3 plus experience.
