Job Opening: Primary English Teacher
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary English Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will have a profound love for the English language and a talent for sparking curiosity in young learners. You will play a pivotal role in building a strong foundation in both functional grammar and creative literature.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cover primary-level grammar, vocabulary, and phonics.
- Literature Appreciation: Introduce students to age-appropriate poems, short stories, and novels to foster a lifelong love for reading.
- Skill Development: Focus on the four pillars of language learning: Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking.
- Assessment: Regularly evaluate student progress through creative assignments, oral tests, and written examinations.
- Environment: Create a supportive and interactive classroom atmosphere where students feel confident expressing themselves in English.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Education, or a related field (B.Ed. preferred).
- Expertise: Exceptional command over English grammar and a deep understanding of children’s literature.
- Communication: Fluent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience: Prior experience teaching primary grades (1–5) is highly desirable.
- Soft Skills: Patience, creativity, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles.
