- Lead recruitment strategies tailored to hospitality roles (front office, housekeeping, F&B, spa, etc.)
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs based on occupancy and seasonality
- Manage onboarding and orientation programs that reflect the resort/hotel’s service ethos
- Cultivate a warm, inclusive, and service-driven workplace culture
- Mediate conflicts and resolve grievances with discretion and empathy
- Organize team-building activities and recognition events to boost morale
- Administer payroll, gratuities, and incentive programs aligned with hospitality standards
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and brand policies
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Preferred hospitality experience
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
