Role Objective
We are looking for a high-energy Associate – Enterprise Sales to support sales efforts across West India. The role focuses on pipeline building, lead generation, bid support, and customer engagement, working closely with senior sales leaders. Candidates who are ready to work from office only can apply for this job.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Pipeline Support
- Identify and generate leads across enterprise and government accounts
- Support in building and managing a healthy sales pipeline
- Assist in customer outreach, meetings, and follow-ups
- Work on account research and opportunity mapping
2. Bid & Proposal Support
- Assist in preparation of RFI / RFP / RFQ responses
- Coordinate with internal teams (product, delivery, finance) for inputs
- Support documentation for GeM / tender submissions
3. Customer Engagement
- Participate in client meetings and demos with senior team members
- Understand customer requirements and map them to product offerings
- Maintain CRM updates and sales reports
4. Partner & Ecosystem Support
- Assist in coordination with partners such as cloud providers, SIs, and VARs
- Support partner onboarding and engagement activities
Required Experience & SkillsExperience
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B / SaaS / IT sales or pre-sales
- Exposure to analytics, BI, AI, or data platforms (preferred)
- Basic understanding of enterprise or government sales processes
- Looking for Local Pune Based candidates only.
Skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Basic understanding of RFP / tender processes (preferred, not mandatory)
- Strong research and analytical ability
- Proactive, eager to learn, and target-driven
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
