Job Overview
As a MarTech Specialist, you will work across the core Marketing team to support and enhance the operations of our campaigns, and technologies. The role requires a solid working understanding of marketing automation platforms (MAP), CRM, the ability to analyze marketing campaign data and a general understanding of the MarTech landscape. You will work cross-functionally to ensure smooth operations of our campaign, reporting and marketing system infrastructure – supporting campaign builds and workflows in our MAP, creating campaign efficiencies, monitoring/maintaining system performance and supporting MarTech planning initiatives. The ideal candidate is tech-forward, very detail-oriented, focused on scale/speed to market, has strong communication skills and a passion for marketing automation and MarTech.
Responsibilities
- Works cross-functionally to deliver campaign analysis in support of department and company-wide objectives.

Has expertise and can operate various functions within a MAP (Marketo specifically) – e.g., supporting the creation of emails and landing pages, campaign member/performance reporting, managing email and landing page templates, managing workflows and automations, editing lead generation forms and general system maintenance).

Monitors email campaign mailbox replies, routing inquiries to internal channels and maintaining mailbox organization.

Runs monthly system QA tests to ensure our MAP lead generation engine, integrations and data flows are functioning as expected.

Delivers monthly and ad hoc email campaign performance reporting and analysis in support of and in partnership with Marketing stakeholders.

Executes list imports from industry events and other partnership-based initiatives.

Creates and maintains Salesforce campaigns which are infrastructurally critical for campaign performance, channel performance and ROI reporting.

Investigates and reports on data privacy requests across GTM systems in partnership with the Privacy team in response to data subject access requests.

Supports the implementation and troubleshooting of MarTech systems.

Helps maintain, organize and streamline tech and marketing automation documentation.

Optimizes and supports project management systems and processes.

Owns admin functions of various key systems, including system maintenance, cleanup and managing user onboarding/offboarding.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related field

2-3 years of proven experience working in Marketo

Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) – understanding of Salesforce Campaigns, Leads, Contacts and Accounts

General understanding of the MarTech landscape and usage of tools (e.g., Demandbase, Drift, Postal.io, etc.)

Strong analytical skills

Experience with running QA/test scripts a plus
