Job Description – Collection Staff (Group Loan)
Position: Collection Staff
Location: AMMAPET
Responsibilities
- Visit customers in the field every morning to collect weekly group loan repayments.
- Build and maintain good relationships with borrowers and group members.
- Ensure timely collections and minimize overdue accounts.
- Verify customer details and report any repayment issues to the Branch Manager.
- Maintain accurate collection records and submit daily reports.
- Follow company policies and collection procedures at all times.
- Support the branch in customer service and recovery activities when required.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid Two-Wheeler Driving Licence.
- Must own a two-wheeler for field visits.
- Willing to travel extensively in the assigned area.
- Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
- Basic smartphone knowledge for collection and reporting.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
