People Connexions are seeking an experienced Java Backend Technical Lead to drive modernization of our DAM Management Server, ensuring scalable and secure enterprise services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & develop RESTful backend services (Java, Spring, Hibernate)
- Integrate with Oracle DB & messaging systems
- Conduct code/design reviews & implement testing
- Modernize legacy systems & maintain documentation
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams
Required Skills
- 10+ years Java backend experience
- Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs, Oracle SQL
- Linux, Secure coding, CI/CD, Cloud fundamentals
Preferred Skills
- ActiveMQ, Kafka, Maven
- Exposure to Angular/React
- Docker, Kubernetes, Go
