Sales Strategy & Planning:
· Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives.
· Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer need to refine sales strategies.
· Forecast sales targets and set goals for the sales team.
· Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
· Optimize sales processes and implement best practices to improve efficiency.
Sales Team Management:
· Assign sales targets and territories to the team.
· Motivate, train, and mentor subordinates as per requirement.
· Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
· Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance feedback.
Customer & Stakeholder Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with direct OEM’s, tier 1 & Tier 2 suppliers.
· Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.
· Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
· Provide product demonstrations, technical support, and training to customers as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
· Collaborate with the HR team for recruitment and team expansion.
· Work with product development teams to provide customer feedback and improve offerings.
· Coordinate with finance and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Compliance & Reporting:
· Monitor sales performance and generate reports for management.
· Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, promotional activities, and client meetings.
· Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical sales practices.
· Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance in sales operations.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
