We are hiring an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment for healthcare positions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and experience managing healthcare hiring processes.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare positions
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, and social media
- Review resumes and conduct candidate screening and interviews
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future requirements
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates
- Work closely with hiring teams to understand requirements
- Ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding process
- Meet sourcing and recruitment targets within defined timelines
- Experience in US healthcare recruitment
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring processes
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience (Healthcare recruitment preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Strong MS Office and ATS/database handling skills
- Comfortable working onsite and in night shifts (US process)
