We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
- Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
- Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Handle inventory, billing, and vendor coordination
- Resolve customer complaints professionally
- Drive sales and maintain operational profitability
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and customer handling ability
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory, and hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
